Premier Decorating prefers to hold your consultation to plan your event
in person. This avoids any misunderstandings and helps you select your colors personally.
However, we do understand that there are times that our clients are not local and will need to prepare some things via other means.
As an added service, we have a few of our important forms for you to access. This will allow you to reserve your date and prepare for our consultation.

Corporate Event Retainer - Please complete this form and submit to Premier Decorating with the applicable retainer fee to reserve the date of your CORPORATE event.

Wedding Event Retainer - Please complete this form and submit to Premier Decorating with the applicable retainer fee to reserve the date of your WEDDING event.

Event Planner - Please complete this form and bring with you to your consultation.

Release of Liability - This will need to be signed and returned prior to your event date. Although we do no anticipate anything going wrong, this is a necessary requirement.

Authorization Change/Additions Form - This form will need to be completed and signed when any changes or additions are made to your original contract. We will let you know when we need this form completed.
